WISP antenna problems 802.11b

This is an Access Point tower using a Cisco 340 wireless bridge in AP mode.
The TV station added a TV antenna and it caused deflection and interference on
our 2.4 Ghz frequency. I think the deflection was the major problem and also
they pinched the LMR cable going to the omni antenna.
